Information that an applicant is required to provide as part of a gaming event licence application includes:

Any eligibility documents, if applicable.

Applicant name, address, and purpose.

All gaming event location(s), date(s), and time(s).

Event start dates must provide the following processing times:
- Class A & C applications: 10 weeks or more before the start of your event(s), or
- Class B & D applications: 10 business days or more before the start of your event(s).

Gaming event type, ticket information and prize descriptions.

Intended purposes of net gaming proceeds.

Names, addresses, and contact information for those listed on the application including a day-time telephone number for the designated contact person.

Ensure your payment information is ready and available.
To retain a copy of your application, print each page as you move through the application.
