Complaint (Criminal or Regulatory)


Complaints or allegations of criminal or regulatory wrongdoing in gaming or horse racing in B.C. may be submitted by providing details on this screen.


When you submit a complaint or allegation your name and contact phone number are required for the Branch to initiate an investigation. Your name and contact information will remain confidential.


How to use this screen:

·         Provide your name and contact information by typing in the boxes in the ‘Submission Details’ section (first name, last name and contact phone # are mandatory).

·         Provide a summary of your complaint or allegation by typing in the boxes in the ‘Complaint Details’ section (the ‘What occurred’ box is mandatory).

You may attach electronic documents related to your complaint or allegation by uploading them from your computer. Click the ‘Browse…’ button in the ‘Complaint Details’ section to locate a document on your computer. Once you have located and selected your document, click the ‘Add’ button to upload the document. You can do this repeatedly for multiple documents. Your documents must be in .doc, .xls, .pdf or .jpg format.

·         Click the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the screen (scroll down with your browser if it is not visible).
